Your Auto Club membership is continuous and will be automatically renewed with your membership fees being automatically billed to the credit card account you provide at the time of enrollment at the then current regular rate. Your Auto Club membership will begin when you receive your membership card(s). Until you receive your membership card(s), you may use your Auto Club roadside assistance benefits on a reimbursable basis. Auto Club benefits and services are subject to change without notice and are subject to the terms and conditions of the Membership Handbook. The Auto Club will not terminate your membership without prior notice to you. For Wisconsin residents, the Auto Club will not change your Auto Club benefits and membership fees without prior written notice. Any such change will take effect on your next membership anniversary date.

For Utah and Wisconsin residents, there are no time limits for submitting reimbursement claims.

The benefits and services offered through the Motor Club are available only in the continental U.S. (including Alaska), Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada.

Auto Club benefits are available only for incidents that occur after the effective date of your enrollment in the Auto Club and before termination or expiration of your membership.

This is not an automobile liability or a physical damage insurance contract and does not comply with any financial responsibility law. Auto clubs are regulated by the Department of Insurance in the following states: AL, AK, AR, CA, CT, KS, LA, MD, MA, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI and WY.

Benefit reimbursements are covered by contractual liability policies issued to the auto club. Signature's Nationwide Auto Club has offices at 200 N. Martingale Road, Schaumburg, IL 60173-2096.
