How soon can I start using the membership benefits after I sign up? |
 |
You may use some benefits on a reimbursable basis as soon as you enroll. After you sign up, your Membership Kit will be mailed to you within 5 to 10 business days. Your full membership will begin when you receive your Membership Kit.

Geographically, where does my membership cover me? |

As a member, you are covered while driving in the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada.

What vehicles are covered under the Auto Club membership? |
 |
The Auto Club offers full road and towing services for all self-propelled four-wheel vehicles designed, licensed and used for private, non-commercial, on-road transportation, including trucks and RVs with a carrying capacity of up to one ton (2,000 pounds). The coverage is valid for any eligible vehicle you are driving - leased, owned, rented or borrowed.

Are RVs (Recreational Vehicles) covered under my membership? |
 |
Yes, the Auto Club offers full road and towing services for RVs with a carrying capacity of up to one ton (2,000 pounds). Recreational vehicles and trucks with more than 4 wheels or a carrying capacity of more than one ton (2,000 pounds) can be provided start-up and fuel delivery service, only.

Does the Auto Club membership cover all drivers in my family? |
 |
When you enroll in the Auto Club, your spouse or one other family member (including domestic partner) with a valid driver's license living in your household may be included in your membership free of charge. Dependent children ages 16-23 residing in your house or away at school with a valid driver's license can be added as Associate Members at an additional cost of $2 a month or $24 a year per child.

Who are your service providers? |

The Auto Club contracts with thousands of authorized, independent towers and service providers throughout the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada. We continue to contract with new, authorized independent towers and service providers so that our members' needs for emergency services are handled quickly and easily.

What service providers do you have in my area? |
 |
The Auto Club searches from thousands of contracted towers and
service providers to efficiently meet your service needs.
We will locate the nearest participating tower or service provider.
If we are unable to provide service in your area, we will
reimburse you up to $80 for covered expenses. Premier members
have reimbursement coverage up to $130.

What is the towing coverage under the Auto Club membership plan? |
 |
As a member, you may choose one of the three (3) towing options
listed below. You may be towed:
- To an authorized service provider's repair facility
within five (5) miles of disablement at NO CHARGE. (100 miles for Premier members)
- To a destination you select within five (5) miles of
the disablement at NO CHARGE.(100 miles for
Premier members)
- To a destination other than an authorized service
provider's facility more than five (5) miles
from disablement. (Charges for mileage beyond
the first five (5) miles must be paid by you
at the time of service and are not reimbursable.)

How do I obtain Emergency Roadside Assistance? |
 |
If you are a member, please follow the simple steps listed below.
- Call Emergency Dispatch Service.
- Provide the operator with the following:

 | Area code and telephone number you are calling from |
 | Location of your disabled vehicle (city, state, and street address closest intersection) |
 | Description of disabled vehicle (year, make, model, color) |
 | License plate number of disabled vehicle |
| Nature of the problem |
- The operator will keep you on the line while contacting the nearest participating service provider.
- We will give you the service provider's name and the estimated time of arrival.
- For your protection, be with your car when the service provider arrives unless it is unsafe to do so. Unattended vehicles will not be serviced.
- Present the service provider with your membership card and driver's license.

What information is included in the Pathfinder® Trip Routing package? |

The Pathfinder® Trip Routing package includes customized, step-by-step narrative directions, map(s), driving times, points of interest, trip expense record and hotels along the route where Auto Club members can receive discounts 5% to 40% off the regular rate.

How do I receive hotel and motel discounts? |
 |
Call Travel Services 24 hours a day, every day for the rate discounts available in the cities where you want to stay. Subject to availability, your room rate will be quoted at 5% to 40% off the regular rates. Be sure to receive a confirmation number. When you check in, you need to provide your Membership Card.

How do the reimbursable services work? |
 |
If we are unable to provide services through our Emergency Roadside Assistance provider network, you will be provided with an authorization number to obtain services yourself and be reimbursed for covered expenses.
- Call the nearest towing facility by looking in the local Yellow Pages directory under "towing "or "wrecker service."
- After service is completed, pay for the service and obtain a receipt from the service provider. The receipt should include the service provider's name, address, telephone number, date and type of service rendered.
- Submit your claim(s) to the address indicated below. Claims submitted without the original receipt or with incomplete information will be returned along with a new claim report form for resubmission.
- Your claim will be reimbursed up to a maximum
limit of $80 per disablement. ($130 for Premier members)
For Locksmith Service, if we are unable to dispatch a service
provider or locksmith, you will be reimbursed for locksmith
services up to $100 ($130 for Premier members). Obtain an
itemized receipt for the service performed and send the
original paid receipt (not a photocopy) to the address
indicated below.
For Ambulance Service, you will be reimbursed up to $75*
($130 for Premier members) in the event you require an ambulance as a
result of a motor vehicle accident (provided you are driving the vehicle
during the accident). Obtain an itemized receipt for the service
performed and send the original paid receipt (not a photocopy) and a
copy of the accident report filed with the police or your insurance
company to the address indicated below.

Signature's Nationwide Auto Club reserves the right to adjust or deny a claim when:

| The member has been notified that the annual claims limit has been exceeded. |

What does a Signature's Nationwide Auto Club membership cost? |
 |
When you enroll online, you will be billed only $10.99 a month or $114 a year (save over $17.88 a year with annual membership) for Premier membership or $8.99 a month or $89 a year (save over $18.88 a year with annual membership) for Standard membership. You may cancel at any time. If you cancel and you are being billed monthly, you will no longer be billed; if you are being billed annually, you will receive a pro-rated refund of any membership fees you paid for the period remaining in your membership.
